At Empower Lives, we believe every child deserves to feel confident, understood, and supported. School should be a place of growth and possibility—but for some children, it can feel overwhelming.

We partner closely with schools to deliver early intervention and therapeutic mentoring for children and young people aged 5–16. Through in-school support and off-site outreach, we help students re-engage with learning, build resilience, and succeed.

What We Do

We provide one-to-one and small-group sessions designed around each student’s needs and interests.
In school, we work directly with students during the school day, using interactive activities to help them reconnect with learning. Off site, we offer structured experiences that encourage teamwork, confidence, and life skills.

Our sessions may include:

Creative, hands-on learning to build academic confidence

Reward and enrichment activities such as cinema trips, bowling, meals out, or visits to places like the zoo (if targets are met and approved by school and parents/guardians.  

Social and emotional development activities to support friendships, independence, and self-esteem

Every session is built around making learning positive, meaningful, and enjoyable—helping students realise their strengths and feel proud of their progress.
