At Empower Lives, we are dedicated to supporting the emotional and social well-being of children, teenagers, and young adults. We believe that every young person deserves a safe space to be heard, understood, and empowered to grow into their best self.
Our services are designed to meet the unique needs of each age group, offering compassionate support through one-on-one sessions, group programs, and community initiatives. Whether it's helping a child navigate big emotions, supporting a teen through challenging transitions, or guiding a young adult as they find their place in the world — we are here every step of the way.
With a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about mental health and youth development, we work collaboratively with families, schools, and local communities to create positive, lasting change.
Together, we're building a future where young people feel confident, connected, and resilient.
👤 Our Founder’s Story
Our founder, Lee Ashton grew up in a community marked by hardship — where opportunity was scarce, and support even scarcer. Having experienced the impact of social deprivation firsthand, he made it his mission to create something different: a space where people could access help before they fall through the cracks.
Trained in counselling and safeguarding, he brings both lived experience and professional expertise to his work — with a deep understanding of what young people truly need: someone to believe in them.
💡 Our Mission
To provide meaningful emotional and social support that prevents young people from being pulled into cycles of crime, unemployment, and disconnection — and instead helps them grow into confident, capable, and hopeful individuals.
